While the Runloop CLI lets you SSH into a Devbox from your terminal, the Dashboard offers quick and easy access to the shell on any running Devbox.

The Runloop Shell provides a familiar command-line interface, allowing you to:

Manage running Devboxes (our secure, isolated development environments)
Execute commands directly within your AI coding environments
Quickly troubleshoot issues as they arise directly on the machine

Running 1000s of Devboxes means a lot of success and failure data to sift through. The Runloop API allows you to set metadata with each Devbox. From the Runloop Dashboard you can filter for specific metadata key value pairs and the status of a Devbox to easily find the ones that have failed.
